It was my birthday recently. :)
My pledge brothers (I am pledging for a co-ed professional business fraternity) took me out to Olive Garden for some nice Italian food. I must say it really feels good to have people who care about you and take the time out of their day to spend it with you.
As for pledging, I am the pledge class president, overseeing a group of a dozen business undergrads all working towards common goals. Five weeks and three to go, I am really thrilled to have this opportunity to refine my leadership skills.
