Big Endian

Why do we write dates as Month Day, Year? If the Year and Day are decimal, thus big endian, shouldn’t the whole thing be big endian? Why don’t more people write dates as Year Month Day? One saves space by not needing a comma, either.

Addresses are another example. Why is it Numeber Street, City, State, Country? It should be Country State City Street Number instead.

Time-of-day is another example. While I don’t condone the use of meridians, AM/PM should not come after the time-of-day. And while I would rather everyone just use UTC, timezone value is pertenant to everything, thus it should come first.

I’m not saying that Big Endian is better than Little Endian. I’m just saying that Mixed Endian is logically incoherent.
